With all the things that people will tell you as you prepare for your surgical day, we’d like you to remember that your entire surgical team is there to help keep you as safe as possible.

This includes your surgical monitoring provided by your neuromonitoring team from Head and Spine Institute. Our job is to monitor your nervous system, including the spinal cord, during your surgery and make sure your surgeon and anesthesia provider are updated and aware of how the surgery is affecting your nervous system.

You have our promise that we will do everything we can to make your surgery as safe for your nervous system as we possibly can. That’s what we do.
